If you order a telegram emoji but cant use it because you do not have telegram premium, as I have stated there that this is a nessesary subscription to own in order to use them, it is not my responsibility if you do not read this warning and/or do not have a subscription.▪︎ If you receive a refund from me please be aware that depending on how much progress I have already made it may only be a partial refund. Of this is the case you will still receive what I have done up to that point. If I have made little to no progress I will provide a full refund but no art.▪︎ If you receive a refund from me please be aware the money may not be returned in 1 lump sum, as I often need to spend commission money right away, and more often than not, quite literally will not have the full refund amount available at one given time.
